Refund Policy
1. Refunds for Services Rendered
Psychotherapy services are billed for professional time and are non-refundable once rendered. If you attend a session, that time has been reserved exclusively for you and is not eligible for refund.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments cancelled with 48 hours’ notice will not be charged.
Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to the full session fee and are not refundable.
3. Prepaid Sessions / Packages
Unused sessions from a prepaid package may be refundable upon written request within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds for prepaid packages will be prorated based on used sessions and any applicable cancellation fees.
4. Technical Issues (Telehealth)
If a session is disrupted due to technical issues on the provider's end (e.g., platform failure, power outage), the session may be rescheduled or refunded at the provider’s discretion.
5. Insurance Reimbursement
Clients are responsible for submitting superbills to their insurer. We cannot guarantee reimbursement and do not offer refunds if claims are denied.
